Over the years I have studied with doctors in the US and Europe and developed a method of healing that is not only proactive but also highly effective. Conquering my own health challenges has helped me to expand my knowledge in all areas of health & nutrition. I’m honored to share my experience with you and hope to help you transform your health challenges into opportunities for total wellness.
My health history: Managing life-threatening food allergies was always a challenge for me. In a quest for answers I have encountered and studied many different conventional and alternative healing techniques. Over the course of my childhood, my body broke down in many different stages. It started at sixteen when I was diagnosed with chronic fatigue and leaky gut syndrome, then at 21 with heavy metal toxicity resulting in extreme acne and hormonal imbalance … the list goes on and on. Ultimately these unresolved (and underlying) issues resulted in the development of an autoimmune disorder called Iritis (eye inflammation). This immune disorder also expressed itself in other ways, such as the onset of rheumatoid arthritis and temporary blindness. In the worst of it, I was pushed around in a wheelchair through the hospital going from specialist to specialist; all while clutching dark cloths over my eyes and praying that no light would pass through them. With light came the most excruciating pain I had ever felt. After a few weeks of hearing, “there’s nothing we really know about this”, from doctors, the Iritis eventually calmed down and I was able to go back to normalcy. No cause, no cure, no reason… I moved on with my life hoping to forget this ever happened. Until it happened again. And again. I knew that I had to figure this out. Fast forward to today: It has been many years since my last Iritis attack, with no more chronic fatigue, no more digestive issues, no more acne and I have developed a very simple program to keep my autoimmune disorder under control.

Co-Founder | I-ACT Certified Colon Hydrotherapist | Lifestyle Coach | Whole Food Nutrition Coach
My desire to learn about alternative and holistic treatments began at a young age. As a young girl I questioned many of the common practices used in conventional medicine and strived towards a more natural way of healing. Over the years I have taken many courses in health & nutrition and have developed a deep understanding of how to heal on an individual level with treatments that support unique health concerns and the underlying issues causing them, instead of solely focusing on the symptoms causing the concern. I have faced many challenges throughout my career as a health consultant, the most challenging of which was with my first-born daughter. This quest for answers to her severe health issues brought me to study with doctors around the world and ultimately achieve enough knowledge to help her and many others combat health issues that there are limited answers for in today’s medical establishment. Working in many different areas of medicine I have discovered alternative methods to deal with many of my own challenges as well, such as hormonal imbalance, weight gain, aging, brain fog and many other concerns. Colon Hydrotherapy has been an integral part of my healing and the healing of many other individuals I have worked with. This prompted me to expand my education and become a certified Colon Hydrotherapist. This combined with my certification as a Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach as well as a certification in Raindrop Technique gives me the opportunity to share all that I have learned and help others achieve the level of optimal health that we all deserve.

From a very young age I struggled with chronic ear infections followed by strep throat every year from the ages of 10 to 21. Recurrent rounds of antibiotics likely contributed to the poor health I experienced in my early twenties with debilitating digestive problems and a compromised immune system. Extreme stomach pains, gas, bloating, nausea…. you name it and I was dealing with it. On top of this I suffered from extreme fatigue, constant headaches and disruptive sleep. This eventually led me to a diagnoses of Irritable Bowel Syndrome. This diagnoses sparked a fire in me to wake up and discover what was happening within my body! As a result, I have been on a learning & healing journey for the past four years and have used the knowledge I have gained as an R.H.N. as well as the help from other amazing practitioners to become my healthiest happiest self. I now understand what my body needs in order to thrive and I no longer struggle from IBS symptoms.
