This chocolate gem continues to be my favorite. 3 Ingredients. 3 Minutes.
100% guilt free and guaranteed to satisfy even the strongest sweet tooth craving. Way too often I have clients who have been ‘dieting’ for so long that they go nuts when I tell them that chocolate is allowed. Let’s face it… dieting isn’t all it’s cracked up to be. What we need is to eat nutritious, unprocessed, real foods every day and learn how to TREAT OURSELVES in healthy ways. For me it has always been chocolate … and now I know I don’t have to feel bad about it!
I call it the Quick Fix Chocolate. What could be better than that?
OK, so here we go. This recipe is diary-free, gluten free, refined sugar free and absolutely delicious. All you need is a blender. Don’t worry if you haven’t purchased a high speed blender like the Vitamix. ANY blender will do!

- 1/2 Cup Coconut Butter
- 1/2 Cup Cocao Powder
- 1/2 Cup Maple Syrup*
Blend ingredients on low and slowly increase the speed until smooth. Serve with strawberries, apples or other whole food of your choice. Or hey – just spoon it. However you like to get your ‘Quick Fix’ is fine by me. 😉
*Keep in mind that maple syrup isn’t technically a raw food, but buying a pure organic maple syrup is rich in minerals that support a healthy diet.
