Garden of Life Sprouted Brown Rice Protein is an easily digested plant based protein powder. You need protein after a workout to repair your muscles, and this protein powder delivers it with a punch. Loaded with other superfoods including High Protein Golden Chlorella & various sprouted grains.

L-Glutamine is the most common amino acid found in your muscles. Taking an l-glutamine supplementation helps with protein synthesis & can boost the immune system. It also helps to burn fat, without losing muscle at the same time!

Chaga is an epic medicinal mushroom superfood! It not only supercharges your immune system, but it’s anti-inflammatory, anti-viral, and high in antioxidants.

Reishi is a medicinal mushroom containing polysaccharides, which contain beta glucan. Beta glucan is one of the strongest immune system enhancers known today.

Moringa leaf powder is high in protein, vitamin A, vitamin B, vitamin C, and minerals. Feeding the high-protein leaves to cattle has been shown to increase weight gain by up to 32% and milk production by 43 to 65%.

Branched-chain amino acids stimulate protein synthesis, and also increase synthesis of the cellular machinery responsible for carrying out the process of protein synthesis.

Sprouted flaxseeds are a rich source of micronutrients, dietary fiber, manganese, vitamin B1, and the essential fatty acid alpha-linolenic acid, also known as ALA or omega-3.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1 scoop Garden of Life Sprouted Brown Rice Protein
  • 1 scoop Vega Sport Recovery Accelerator
  • 1 scoop L-Glutamine (or 5 grams)
  • 10 drops chaga extract (or 1 tsp chaga extract powder)
  • 1 tsp reishi powder
  • 1 tsp moringa leaf powder
  • 1 scoop branched-chain amino acids (BCAA’s)
  • 1 tbsp sprouted flaxseeds
  • 1 tbsp sprouted chia seeds
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 – 2 cups water (depending on desired consistency)

Method

1. Blend all ingredients until well combined. Enjoy!
